Mr. Valani previously served as Chairman of Viventures Partners SA, and President of IMDI/Sonique (NASDAQ: TRLY). Mr. Valani was a Managing Director of Global Entertainment Capital and was with Gruntal & Co. focused on asset securitizations, including the “David Bowie Bonds”. Mr. Valani is a Charter Member of TiE.
